about us
Just a little note about who we are: Oasis Christian Church is a community of people seeking to follow Jesus. We confess that we dont have life all figured out. Like most people, we go through times of spiritual seeking, we have questions about who we are, where we have come from, where we are going, and just the general purposes of life.
As we have journeyed together, we have seen that Jesus provides many of the answers to these difficult, yet often under-discussed, questions. Together, we invest ourselves to discovering who he is, and who he has called us to be, believing that it is only out of knowing him that we can truly know ourselves.
We have come to know that following Jesus means embracing his mission. God is doing something in our world and wants to use the followers of Jesus to advance his plan. The plan is not complex or weird, it is simply to share a message of hope, a message of restoration to all people

What is a Life-Group?
The Life Groups of Oasis Christian Church are made up of 8-10 individuals committed to living out Christian Community (Acts 2:42-47). Though life together is often shared daily, each life group sets aside one day a week to meet together for worship through fellowship , prayer, song, communion and teaching. They are intimate, yet inviting, circles through which we can build up one another, share triumphs and tragedies, keep one another accountable and study Gods Word in a group setting. Click the controller at below to look through our current life-groups, feel free to contact the leader to get connected.
Student Ministries at Oasis
The vision of Oasis' student minstries is simple...
your life + God's grace = a beautiful connection
At Element, we seek to take students where they are in their life, show them God's amazing / crazy grace through Jesus Christ and the connection is freedom. Jesus is the element. We want everyone to know that God wants to take ordinary people and do extra-ordinary things through them. The element we all need in our lives is Jesus Christ! John 14:6
Element meets on Wednesday Nights 6:30-8pm at the Oasis building.

What is a mid-sized group?
Sometimes a small group is way too small and too intimate when you are discovering a new church. Some times the corporate worship can be way to large to make connections and meet people. Mid-Sized groups at Oasis are a great way to get to interact with people in a setting is not so large that you get lost and not so small that you feel awkward and on the hot seat.
Mid-sized group meet at various times throughout the year. For more information you can contact
jon rose at jon.d.rose_gmail.com

The benevolence ministry seeks to connect people in need with food, organizations, clothing and other local ministries that can help provide assistance in times of need.
Two major events in the benevolence ministry are preparing Thanksgiving baskets and Christmas baskets to take to families filled with food and other household goods for the holidays.
Financial Peace University
We as a church are proud to host FPU as a service to the Church and to the community.
More than one million families have attended Financial Peace University with amazing results. On average, these families paid off $5,300 in debt and saved $2,700 in just the first 90 days! Stop worrying about money, and start your journey to Financial Peace today.
"FPU Answers Questions "Almost every class helped us to look at our finances in a totally different way. It answered questions that we had in the past but were probably too embarrassed to ask. For the first time in 15 years of marriage, we are on the exact same page with our finances. This class has truly been a blessing to our marriage and our family." -Student

Among alumni who participated in our programs for at least six years, 92.7 percent still attend church at least weekly as adults!
